Your data stays yours

Your file is parsed entirely on your device. We never see it, store it, or sell it.

Spot trends over time

Line up every result on one timeline and see where a number is heading, not just where it sits today.

Understand what's out of range, and why it matters

Each marker comes with plain language context, so an out of range value means something instead of just a red flag.

Trend Report chart showing a lab marker plotted over five draws across a year, with a shaded reference range and min and max lines
Every marker gets its own trend line, so you see the direction, not just the number.
Alert Report card showing a lab marker flagged outside its reference range, with the percent past boundary, most recent value, and a Values Over Time history
When something's out of range, you'll see exactly how far, since when, and how it's trended.

Your lab results never touch our servers.

My Lab Trends runs entirely in your browser. Your file is parsed on your device, your Google Sheet stays in your own Google Drive, and we have no access to your health data at any point.

Questions

What file format do I need?

CSV works best. TSV and plain text exports work too, as long as the file is comma or tab separated. Most lab portals and health record systems have a "download" or "export" option that produces one of these, and My Lab Trends reads it directly in your browser.

How far back can my data go?

As far back as you have results for. The more history you upload, the more useful the trend lines become, since a single data point can't show a trend on its own.

Can I share this with my doctor?

Yes. Many people bring a printed or exported trend view to an appointment. It's a helpful conversation starter, but your doctor's interpretation of your results always takes priority over ours.

Is this a diagnosis?

No. My Lab Trends is a visualization tool, not a medical device or a diagnostic service. It shows you patterns in your own data. Any decisions about your health belong with you and your doctor.

Do you store my data on your servers?

No. Parsing happens in your browser and your results live in your own Google Sheet if you choose to connect one. We built it this way on purpose, not as an afterthought.
